Return & Refund Policy
Because all of our signs are made to order and customized to your specifications, all sales are final once production has begun. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on custom orders.
However, your satisfaction is important to us. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with an error that was our fault, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue. We’ll work with you to resolve the problem, whether that means a replacement, repair, or partial refund.
Please double-check all spelling, dates, colors, and design choices before approving your proof (if applicable). We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
